Lignum in the name of innovation.
Lignum is preparing for an important transition to a national dimension. The board of directors has identified Marco Negri, a young entrepreneur with a degree in economics and commerce and significant experience as a statutory auditor in a multinational, as the ideal figure to lead this evolution.
Negri faces the challenge of transforming Lignum from a local group to a reality of national importance. The company's recent successes and the enthusiasm shown by the associates at the last assembly confirm that the moment is propitious.
Paolo Piubelli, historical founder of Lignum, will return to an active role in the management, while Nicolò Fazioni will assume the extended Management, also focusing on operational and commercial promotion. Enrico Prati, a graduate in economics and coming from the furniture sector, will instead be the new Vice President.
The new board will continue to benefit from the experience of Alessandro Tosato, outgoing president, and the skills of Gianfranco Guarise, an architect and furniture expert, Leonardo Albi, a young entrepreneur and commercial soul, and Giacomo Lanfredini, responsible for the Padua and Rovigo areas.
In addition, external advisors will help form a more effective network, based on delegation and specialization of roles. Among them, Pierattilio Tedeschi for the Lessinia area, Silvia Serugeri for the Verona area, Alessandra Cavaler for the Cerea area, Pierangelo Passaia for design, Riccardo Meneghelli, co-founder of Lignum, and Daniele Grobberio for international design.
