LIGNUM THE VERONA FURNITURE
“Lignum. Verona furniture” is a working group made up of over fifty of the main entrepreneurs in the wood-furniture sector of the territories of Verona, Padua and Rovigo within the Verona Furniture District.
After a series of meetings lasting almost two years, the group decided to give legal form to the project, under the name of Consorzio di tutela del Mobile, obtaining from the Veneto Region the prestigious recognition of managing body of the entire furniture district.
GROUP MISSION
Today Lignum promotes initiatives for the relaunch of furniture, through a direct voting assembly that meets monthly and a board of directors in office for two years, all making decisions based on an ethical code in the name of absolute transparency.
The group's mission: "Relaunch Verona furniture and wood traditions, enhancing the different skills of the territory. Create synergies and a spirit of sharing among the participating companies".
MAIN STRATEGIES
Create a territorial brand linked to the name of Verona, an internationally famous city, to increase the visibility of the entire sector and include furniture among the excellences of Verona.
“Verona, its lands and its products… lands of furniture and other excellences” will be the heart of a project aimed at linking the world of furniture to the valorization of the territory.
OUR GOALS
Break with the culture of divisions, with the idea of the neighbor as the worst of competitors to create a system economy, where different companies and brands cooperate to promote the relaunch of the entire sector.
A relaunch that will have to be communicative, managerial, technological, involving important training courses.
